I am avid follower of the news, from entertainment to politics. Everyday, I watch an independent
media source called, The Young Turks (TYT). This week, TYT were discussing the chief of the EPA
( Environmental Protection Agency) Scott Pruitt and is Pruitt has been working with car
manufacturer lobbyists to deregulate car companies. Meaning, that car companies can lie emissions
and not follow EPA guidelines for clean cars (do not worry I will not get into too much political
details). This is truly upsetting to me. The environment is so vulnerable right now, and the
government is doing everything they possible can do to let big companies hurt our Earth. If you are
not a political person like I am, that is okay, but this is a serious issue. Earth is our only place to live.
We cannot hurt her anymore. One solution that EVERYONE can participate in, is to either, VOTE
and/or REGISTER to vote!! We need lawmakers and leaders who will make sure that our home safe.
Thank you for proposing this solution from a political perspective. As voters, we do have a responsibility over the environment.
